Cocoa Layout Designer

Hello, i need to create a simple cocoa layout for my MacOS application and have it all connected so I can then focus to develop my application. Here is what I need to do: 1. When app starts display graphic logo which I will choose later for X seconds. 2. The initial window layout should be a split window similar to Finder or iTunes with a list on left of items from array or dictionary and a textview on right so when you click on left item the textview will load a rtfd document associated with each item on left. On the bottom right there should be a combo box with 3 options to choose and a button START. When an option 1 is selected and button Start pressed it will open a new window for option 1, if option 2 is selected it will open a new window associated with option 2 etc. 3. the left list in initial window should have search option at bottom to filter through items in left list menu. 4. After button start is pressed and new window opened I want it to have 3 tabs (Design, Graphs, Report). 5. I want design tab have a preload view to show a graph using ios-linechart framework available here ([login to view URL]) 6. I want Report tab to have a A4 pdfview preloaded and a button Print at the bottom to print out the document I will later add into it. Please see attached sketches. Any questions feel free to ask.
