need voting on a page (signup with captcha)

HEllo here's the thing I need voting on a page, to be able to vote you must sign up, to sign up there's a captcha that with all the OCR that I developed I wasn't able to bypass. SO it should be done manuelly. I'm up to 0,05$ the vote. 1 ip = 1vote; ip must be from different location all over the world. I want 1000 or more. Let me know, if you don't like the price it's okey but don't vote, out of budget won't be consideret, you'll only lose a bid for nothing. I promise I wont take out of budget. The link will be provided to every bidder not out budget.
