Hello, we have analyzed the requirements of the project, the project is very interesting but at the same time it is very challenging. I imagine it's on a cliff near the sea or something. We cannot give a total budget for this work because in such a large project it is difficult to estimate the working time. We normally charge about 7 USD per square meter of architecture, at the moment what we can offer you for the first phase is 5 euros per square meter of architecture plan with basic interior design and conceptual landscape design as you can see in some of our images in portfolio and later if you are interested, we can reach an agreement for a detailed interior design. Basic means, with generic finishes and furniture without exact specifications. If, for example, you would have 500 square meters of architecture, it would be 2,500 USD.
