Children's Book Illustrator

In need of an illustrator for a children's book. I would love to work with a young illustrator who can portray how young minds view the world in relation to themselves and being able to display those views in a creative and fun way on paper! This individual would be responsible for coming up with pictures to portray the story I have written and formatting. It is up to the illustrator whether they prefer to hand draw or use specialized computer software. I am looking for artwork that is somewhat between cartoony and realistic. The story takes place outdoors, so there will be a lot of drawing that includes nature and of course the main character of the story. I would like to see vibrant colors. This project is similar to a picture, being that it is double-spread. There will be 32 pages of artwork total (front cover, front end page, 28 story pages, back end page, and back cover). I also want a logo made. Book Size: 10” X 8” for the print book Book Orientation: Horizontal Book Proportion: Illustrated at 10” X 12.5” (leaving an extra ¼ around for the bleed) Drawing Size: Approximately 10.25” X 12.75” (leaving about a ¼ inch inside the trim area) Lastly, I would like to publish this book by August 2021 if possible. If we work great as a team, there is potential for rehire. I would like to start a book series, and this is just the first book to that series. Of course, I would prefer to work with the same illustrator if possible, for future books to this series.
