I want a cartoon dog as a company logo that looks like a news reporter. It needs a trilby hat, a notebook in one hand and a microphone in the other!

I am looking for a designer to create a realistic, gender neutral mascot for a brand. The mascot should convey a positive and friendly message with which people can relate. This mascot may be used in a variety of print pieces, websites, product packaging, and promotions. It should also be memorable and easily recognizable. I'm not sure if a logo should be included, but creative ideas and solutions in that regard are welcome.

I have a draft of a children's book I would like to publish. My family has several Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs, and we are active in showing and breeding them. My book would be based on a true story of a boy we have who is now 6 years old. We considered him a good prospect to exhibit in dog shows, but he injured his jaw when he was about 6 months old, and wound up having half of his lower jaw removed. That altered his appearance drastically, and caused his tongue to hang out of his mouth all the time. I would like to receive ten different Bear cartoon drawings , each of them featuring "GM" in the drawing. I have some pictures of a (30 days old) injured Baby donkey, his name was Jilo. I recently purchased my deceased grandparent's house from their estate to live in. In that house, one of the things I found was a painting of the old house my grandma grew up in.
