IPad App Icon Design

We need someone to design a "corporate cool" style Apple Icon that works for the new IPad Assessment app we call "the Agile-GPS". Below is a link to the video describing the app and showing a short demo. The App is all about giving an Agile software trainer the tools to observe and record the skills and behaviors of an Agile software team. Over time, the app produces data that we render using sexy charts and graphs to help companies SEE how their teams are developing VERY HIGH MASTERY of THE COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS THAT LEAD TO BREAKTHROUGH RESULTS. YOU MUST know the Apple store standards for icon design (pixel size, etc.). YOU MUST have examples of other IPad/IPhone Icons you've designed.
