Intel IA-32 Architecture Programming

This project must be done as MASM in visual studio, I have attached all the information that need to be accomplished. The first attachment is the actually questions, the second attachment is actually book (where I've got the question), the third attachment is a sample code of MASM and a direction how to create a MASM file. If there is anybody who could help me, I will be welling to pay a good price for it.
