Need to have a very simple circuit, schematic, prototype and source code for reading the RFID and saving with time stamp from at+cclk theu gsm module to mmc and then uploading thru GPRS to server TCPIP. Prefer to those who have done similar before and will take less time, My budget is 200$, as hardware part is not much costly. This can be configured with sms or gprs.
