Setup Authorize.net billing in .NET C#

My website is done in .NET with C#. We run an online rental store and are looking to switch merchants from what we currently have. Currently we use Quickbooks, so everything billing related is integrated with Quickbooks. We are getting away from that and are switching to Chase Paymentech which used [login to view URL] as its credit card processor. We do not bill the customer at checkout because sometimes they might have reservations many months in the future. So the credit card is processed at the time of shipment. I need to integrate the [login to view URL] gateway with our admin. On the billing page there should be a button that processes the credit card on file. This should return the AVS information and store it in the database as well. There needs to be a another button for any refunds that may be needed as well. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I would prefer people that have already built a billing system similar or those who are familiar with [login to view URL] and Chase Paymentech.
