Pull address data from PDF document into Word for printing labels

I have a pdf document with 4330 pages.. inwhich I need only the addresses pulled and inserted to a word doc for mailing labels... then take that doc and compare to another doc2 removing the addresses already in doc2. I have attached a screenshot of one of the pages in the pdf file (I also scrambled the addresses of the person on there)

so first we need to take the data from pdf to word, in mailing lables, which template are you using? can you share? and then compare to some other ifle you have, and delete if any duplicate founds in this current file, will do
