Data Entry/OCR 277 pages

I have a recipe book that is 277 pages. I have already scanned it. I need to have someone convert it to MS Word. The final Word Document must look like the original scanned document, except we do not need the fancy header on the top of every page. We still need header, just exclude the graphics in the header. Also if you use OCR, make sure that the mathematical fractions (1/2, 3/4, etc. are symbols from MS Word) I need this to be done for $0.10 per page or less. I have included 6 pages as examples for you to see the kind of work that needs to be done. Do NOT bid until you see the sample pages.
