Hello, There is no any reason to pay a standard amount every week. Instead, you can use a VBA program from inside your Excel sheet, to get the emails you want. The program will get the values from the Excel sheet and replace them into the pre-formatted letter you have. This can be in the form of a Word doc or Excel sheet. You will have to possibility to make changes to your letter, while the code will replace certain "fields" with the values read from the Excel sheet. My bid is for such a program.
