Please see list below for my expertise and the software that I am proficient with: -Email/Chat Support for CRM account: I handle email inquiries and chat for a top CRM tool in the US. I am well versed on how CRM works (creating programs, pipelines, email templates and import contacts). -Customer Service for Tmobile US and Virgin Media UK. -Quality Assurance Analyst for Virgin Media UK. I am familiar with Google Docs, Google Apps for work and many other tools commonly used in BPO industry. -Data Entry. I am very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet. Providing Excellent customer service via phone and email had been my bread and butter for the past 9 years, and I have a strong passion for delivering insanely excellent customer service one interaction at a time. I've had handled American Express, Sirius XM, HSBC, Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Optus and Telstra (Australian Telco Companies) customers with all types of inquiries such as complains, disputes, questions about our products. Both American and Australian companies. I have a vast knowledge on how to handle even the most irate customers and turn them into one of our most loyal customers. It's all about proper transition, friendly and accommodating tone and especially product knowledge. I've had handled customer service and sales. I can do this with minimal supervision. taking orders and processing returns are one of my best skills, I know how customer service works. I can work 10 hours every day 5 days a week.
