I'm a graduate of Office Management and I have worked in Customer Service and Sales for both Acquire Asia and Sykes Asia for the last 9 years. At Acquire Asia, I worked there as a Customer Service Representative for 7 years. During those 7 years, I've handled 2 big companies from United States. Then I started working with Sykes Asia for 2 years. I started as an Inbound Sales Representative for 6 months then got promoted as a Quality Analyst. I am passionate about learning new skills and I have completed a number of training courses. I have developed a strong skill set including in-depth data management expertise. I am eager to make full use of this in a larger working environment.
