Uploading to my e-commerce site

I am looking for someone to work just for me for 3 straight days and no one else as this work is time consuming and I need to get it done. This is for three 8 hour days and if the work gets done before hand or if you work straight through to get it done right away it doest matter to me as I will pay our agreed upon rate regardless of how fast you can do it as long as its done right. Proper grammar, professional work and done right the first time is the key. Having a friend help you is great as long as you approve of the work and I approve yours. The work entails being very detailed and you must possess the following skills to some degree, if you don’t have all please mention it and we can see if we can work around this. As only some are very important. Preferred skills: 1- OS-Commerce 2- CRE Loaded web sites #1 and 2 are just needed for the knowledge of uploading the catalog. 3- SEO is needed for some basics in descriptions and keyword per item you upload to the ecommerce site. More can be explained later but it’s very basic. 4- Very basic photo touch up skills and/or the ability to take a stock photo and resize it 2 or three times. Some stock photos have a logo going through them, now we cant do to much but want to take some out of we cant find a stock photo somewhere else. 5- Copywriting-/good grammar skills- able to search the internet and take info from various sites on a specific product and rewrite them to make it original. Also add some personal touch as well when possible. 6- Able to search the internet for a product and download their stock photo and resize it 3 times. We already have some photos already. 7- Very basic web site knowledge- you have to save a web page from one of my shippers and pull some of the photos and text. It’s a little confusing but once you do it a few times its easy. They have their web site set up so people won’t copy their material but we have permission since we are a distributor for them but their web pages are that you can’t just download the picture by right clicking and “save as” or copy and paste the text. This is what will slow this project down some or it could be done in less time by at least a day. If someone wants to see their web site I can send you to their home page, just ask. 8- able to devise a plan to get a good system going to complete the task at hand. Basically be able to be a self starter and organized as I will tell you what I need done but I hope you can find a more efficient way to do it. 9- prefer that you have yahoo messenger to keep in touch with each other. The work in general is uploading to my OS-commerce site with its products and there are about 500 items to upload. About 1/3 of them I have the pictures already and we just need good descriptions. The 2/3s will be the harder part. The Key part also is setting up each item with Meta Tag Information. 1) Products Page Title : give each product name 2) Page Header Description : give each product page a little description 3) Product Keywords : I have the few already to just copy and paste in plus the product as a keyword. These are the three images that are needed per item and the pictures must be renamed to be the product name before upload ( not sure of the actual pic sizes but I will find out.) Small Image: 150*150 pixels or close Products Image: 200*200 or close Pop-up Image: 325*325 or close We want to try to get images for all products but some might not be available or some might not look good if enlarged too much so on those we would only resize once or none The person I am looking for must be willing to state that they will work hard at this and not quit. I want to hear from who ever bids about why I should choose them over the next person. Also I want to know past experience and if you have done what I need before. I am looking for a great price but it’s not everything. My budget is low but I will pay what I can and if you bid to low and are accepted I will be happy to give a bonus at the end as I want this to be fair. I am an honest person and just want this done right and done quickly. I am very open to how to get paid. I was thinking of paying on a per day basis at the end of each day. So your bid divided by 3 and if you get done quicker then I will settle up 100% at that point. I am open but let me know your preferred way. There should be someone on my end helping as well. if you hired and are good at this and like the work I will look you up first when i post future projects here as we have 5 others we will be doing soon but this is our first one.
