Internal web page to help call takers ask the right questions based on the callers answers. I would like this to be a web document (HTML CSS .. I don't care) I need a template of starting question with 4 multiple choice answers and under each multiple answer a similar page with a question and 4 multiple answers again. And then a a thrid level of call script questions. I can change the question verbage for our needs. I would something that looks slick. I would lke to easily move up if the caller changes his/her mind on a respone. I would like the output (Caller name, Q1->A, Q2-B, Q3->D) to be mailed to admins email as well as displayed on a screen. This is local to the call takers desktop for now and not on a production website.
