Back end – MS SQL Server Features: Secure Login; Multi-Users capability; Multilingual Capability; Choice of Primary Language at login and language switch anytime; Software can work locally and via internet; Software can work on iPhone/iPad Software Ownership: 100% source code and copyright rights retained by us (client – MGI) Functionality Outline: Travel/tour Estimate; Travel/tour/activities/MISC booking and confirmation; Invoicing/billing using data from estimate/booking/confirmation with editing capability; tour bus reservation and seat assignment, tour bus driver dispatching ; driver payroll; Duty Booking / SMS Alert for Drivers and Guides; Tracking bus tour reservations and complete business process. Additional features will/may be added during project. Multilingual Reports - Estimate, Booking Confirmation, Travel/Tour Itinerary, Daily tourists arrival and departure report, Daily tourists activity report, Invoice, payroll report, etc. Report Output – print, email, fax, Can Convert All the Reports to PDF Format, Can Easily Export Data into MS-Excel. QuickBooks Connectivity - data exchange/updating/import-export to and from the software automatically Code must be thoroughly tested using dummy data in Chinese and English. You/freelancer generate the data and list any bugs found. Payment ½ upon receipt of completed code and front-end, ½ after we (client) run QA testing on project.
