convert my access 2000 small database to ms sql 2005 express format

Please convert the attached file to MS SQL server format 2005. It needs to work with microsoft sql server 2005 express edition (which I think has the same format as the regular 2005 version.) I have attached the file here. the way I will import it, is I will create an empty database on my server with the same name, and then stop the server, overwrite my files with yours. I expect this to cost very little, as there are tools out there.
