Database cleanup

I have attached a databse file. It is used to record sales for three different stores. There is also a button on the sales data entry screen that imports a file named general.csv. It uses the data in [login to view URL] along with data from the data entry screens to put together another .csv file for import into peachtree accounting system. The steps to get the file ready is very cumbersome and lengthy. I would like someone to simplify this process and at the same time make it flexible enough to add new stores. We need to add a store right now and more later. In order to add the one store we need to do now it will add another dozen steps to the process. please look at the process behind the button that says "prepare sales for peachtree import" on the main data entry screen.
