Collecting Facebook targeted ID

Hi, I am looking for a person or a team who can collect targeted facebook user IDs. I require the IDs, the first name, the surname, the username, a link to the profile person in an excel file and another .txt file with just one ID per line - I DO NOT need friends added, or any other facebook services for this project. We will work on this project in this way : I will supply you with lots of urls to facebook pages, and I would like you to collect all the IDs of all the persons who comment, like and share the status of the page and then save them in 2 different files as described above.
