1. an APEX Trigger work flow rule that reads this "call result" and creates accounts ---> Assigns them to agents (round robin)
2. At the same time, reads this "Call Result" And checks a checkbox field so we can run reports based off of call result and cycle leads.
3. There are several "Call results" that we will ignore and do nothing with, i.e "Answering Machine", "Busy" etc.
Also:
I have an Email to CASE system set up right now that will create a case from an email to case and place it in a que. I need this que to be "Round Robined" to our sales agents. I beleive this may be an assignment rule or formula.
There may be other things that come up. I am starting on a small budget job, but we may increase the amount as time goes on and we see fast results. This may result in more work.
