Max 8 Page website for Online Questionnaire Presentation and Response Collection

A simple website in ASP.NET to show questions from database and save user response. There are many questions and there possible answers (options) are saved in database, you have to show them on screen one by one or all in one page, collect user response and save to database for analyais. Application Features (in short) 1. Page will be very simple and make use of CSS (no inline CSS, separate file for css). No use of graphics in design except one Logo in header. 2. Page should be extremely light (no extra stuff to download). Turn off viewstate for controls where not necessary to trim down content size. 3. Pick question from database through AJAX. 4. Instead of using ASP.NET update panel, use jQuery to make AJAX calls. 5. Questions will be in multiple languages. Languages other than English will be UNICODE based so you need not to worry about it. You only need to pull appropriate language data from database and show on screen. Right now we are focusing on ENGLISH and HINDI language. So you just make sure that Hindi Unicode text is displaying correctly (no boxes) in mentioned major browsers without installing any specific component/extension/software etc. (I guess it will not be problem as our competitors and many other sites are showing Unicode HINDI text without installing any other s/w). 6. Many candidates will attend questionnaire at same time so SPEED must be fast. 7. Each candidate’s response for Questionnaire will be saved to database for report generation and analysis. Report generation is not the part of this project. That will be separate report. 8. We should be able to identify responses from each individual candidate. 9. Questionnaire may take up to 2-3 hours so you should keep session alive or do something else so session doesn’t expire. 10. Application will be used in Web Farm (to handle up to many thousands of users at same time), so cache and session handling should be done accordingly. Page Restrictions 1. Prevent right click on page also the context menu. 2. Prevent Copy/Paste (specially copying content from page). 3. No toolbar, no menu bar, no address bar, no status bar In window. 4. User should not be able to open question directly by entering URL in address bar (question should not be directly accessible from URL). I will provide complete description of project to interested bidders. You need not to design database, database is already setup. I will also provide Database schema, explain database tables and fields to final selected bidder.
