I need some 3D models made

I have 3 models I need made. A terrain, a leather armor with cloak, and a medieval tavern. Please look at the pictures and tell me a bid for each one. Also how much would it be for a how to video in English. On the terrain, the awake and awake2 pictures are the examples, of how I want the land. It needs to be redone for a more professional look. The awake 3 and awake 4 are the ones showing the colored lines. In awake 3, the red lines show where I would like the second tier to over hang. The second tier being slightly taller then a building to give an overview of a valley when on the second tier. The green line needs to sink down a bit to give a worn path look. The ground where the yellow highlighter is, needs to have twice the more room so its doesn't look symmetrical. Both pink lines need to be tied in so that they look good and not boxy. awake 4 is just showing the other side of the model with the green and red lines continued. The blue is just an example of the waterfall, and the black box is where I want to put the tavern. On the armor, the leather 1 is the example and the leather 1.1 is what I would like removed to make it easier. When it comes to the gloves and boots just regulars old leather with the ends rolled will be fine. I HAVE PROVIDED MY CHARACTER MODEL FOR THE ARMOUR. the last pic is the tavern. Sorry its not that big but something along those lines.
