Transitioning from existing work practices to driving a real agile understanding amongst all team members. You will coach, mentor and guide our team of developers and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy of our development centre, helping our team to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
