WordPress Website - open to bidding

I need someone to create one website (WordPress) WEBSITE: (job listing site/CV upload) I have the domain already. 1. Very simple 2. User friendly website 3. Recruiters can submit a job offer like (Full Time, Part time, Contract, Commission Internship, Volunteer) but the admin needs to approve it before it goes publish 4. Jobseekers can upload their CV by an upload banner (With some criteria for best resuts of the jobseeker.) or by the jobs listed on the website. 5. Website shall be connected with twitter and Facebook as well, so when a job is publish you can see it on Facebook and twitter at the same time. 6. Any user (jobseeker or recruiter) to be able to share link of the website on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter 7. The website will be integrated with various social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter. 8. Monetize the website with Google AdSense. 9. The website will cover all 51 states of USA. The website should look like more or less like [login to view URL] 10. The jobseekers when they apply to any job, they will send their CV to our email due to safety reasons. 11. Donate button on all pages as this website will be free for both recruiters and jobseekers.
