Woocommerce Order Manager Assignment

I own a photography/video services website built on Woocommerce that allows my clients to order packages. My services range from simple photo packages and aerial photos to 3D virtual tours. I have about 8 freelance photographers that I hire who will actually go out and provide the service requested by the customer. I already have all my photographers registered as users on the site with the role “Photographer”. Every time an order is placed, I need to go into the Woocommerce order management and do the following: Assign the order to a specific user with the role “Photographer”. Upon this order assignment, the photographer should be notified by email that the order has been assigned to him. Another email should be sent to the customer letting him/her know that a photographer has been assigned to the order. Once the “Photographer” is done with the job, he will need to be able to change the order status to complete and I should receive a notification. The client should also receive a notification once the job status is set to complete.
