Sort Out My Shipping Classes (Woocommerce, Wordpress, Advanced Shipping)

Basically I have about 7 shipping classes (prints, framed prints, clothing / totes, pillows, temporary tattoos and digital downloads) - most of these products ship from the UK so have a uk shipping price and international, a few products are shipped from the states so have a US shipping price and an interational one (see screenshot). I use woocommerce for the store and have an advanced shipping plugin installed (I can provide a link to the download page and the authors e-mail). Basically I have it pretty sorted but sometimes 2 shipping classes show up when multiple items are added (and I only want it to offer the most expensive) and sometimes it says there are no shipping methods available when they are.
