Need a WordPress programmer for dozens of small tsks

I need someone who understands very well WordPress core functions to help me with a large number of small projects. Some projects may be very simple, such as integrating a jQuery script, or may be more complex such as integrating a third-party JSON API with the WordPress site. If you are an agency please stop here, I am looking for a single person on this. Work flow and payments will works like this: 1) You will be given access to our issue tracker tool where you read the tasks that are available to you. 2) You reply on the issue tracker with your price (fixed cost) to perform the action. 3) We give the go ahead, set a milestone in Freelancer and you perform the task. This method helps avoid issues over payment. 4) You do the work on the test server we have set up for you. Since there is a milestone you are assured of payment. 5) Once you are happy with your code you submit the changes to our SVN. 6) We then confirm that the changes work with all the other changes recently made to the site and release the milestone. 7) We move on to the next task. A strong working knowledge of English is required. Were very easy to work with and treat our freelancers as we would want to be treated. I hope to hear from you soon.
