W3 Total cache is crap. What you need is a reverse proxy to give the html of your page to your visitors without asking nothing to your Db or to the Wordpress code (that is slow). I have already tested many time (also with sites with 4 millions of daily page view) this solution and is the only final solution to this problem. my price is for the first year, after that 50USD /year You are free to try paying only the first milestone of 20% and if you will not be more than happy I will not reclaim the 80%. If you have dedicated server you should install external cache server like varnish. Varnish will help you increase caching and faster your site. Please let me know if you have any query.

I would try to get this running on HHVM and PHP7. this will probably give you the greatest speed advantage if you are running wordpress. Additionally, if you dont have a lot of traffic to get the images into the CDN, its not really doing much for you. You should probably also optimize images for page load times CDN or not, its always a good idea.
