allow csv to be entered on wordpress site without comprismising secuirty

Hi, my website uses a form tool called formidable pro. In order to bulk update fields, I need to be able to download and upload csv files. at the moment I get this error Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons I need to be able to upload it.
