Fix Markup Errors and Make Wordpress Theme Compatible with IE 9 & 10

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AND CAN COMPLETE THIS PROJECT 100% BEFORE BIDDING!! - We are looking for someone to fix our Wordpress Theme so that is is compatible with IE 9 and 10 (older browsers). - We also want to fix all of the Markup Errors listed at: [login to view URL] - We also want to combine as many CSS files as possible in our Wordpress theme. Then view it in IE 8, 9 or 10 to see the design issues older browsers causes (including columns in disarray and drop down uber menu not functioning). We need someone very experienced in Wordpress and HTML5 to make this site compatible with older and newer browsers as well as fix all of these issues: See Markup Errors Here: [login to view URL] Attached screen shots show how the site currently looks in older Internet Explorer browsers (IE 8, 9 and 10). This is NOT how it should look. The site is currently very slow on older browsers and sometimes crashes IE 8. We need this site 100% functional on older and newer browsers.
