Create a Wordpress Template

Hi I need a bookings system plugin installed where the user can book 15mins time slots or longer if required. It needs to have an area for the user to write their email, name and any notes on the job. The user end calendar needs to be be very user friendly as with the admin side. It also needs to be set up so all that needs to be done in the future, is for the admin area to block out dates/ times they're unavailable. Contact if you are keen, you don't need to make the plugin, just install and modify it to work as required. There doesn't need to be any payment gateways or multiple services offered, just the time slot needs to automatically blocked out once booked.
