Video tool

Here the project discribtion: - stand alone program/exe for windows 7,10,11 (portable, no installation) - controlled by ini file [login to view URL] - main program has no UI, only symbol in tray (green=waiting, orange=timer check, yellow=processing, red=sending by ftp) - one extra program,exe: ini file editor how it works: - check hot photo folder for new complete saved photo (closed jpg file) - if found new: memory its name and start time window timer (example = 10 sec) - if found new hotvideo (finished/closed file) in between time window, start video processing: - render new video from prevideo, hotvideo, postvideo, completed with the soundfile) - save new video to video output folder with generated name (from photo) - start sending video by ftp - logfile in txt format, line by line each event - program start time; date - found foto: filename, time; date - found video: filename, time; date - result video ready: video name, time; date as those steps/tasks can come parallel : example: - new photo found [login to view URL]: 02.01.2023 13:34:12 - new video found in between 15 sec time window [login to view URL]: 02.01.2023 13:34:22 - end_of_rendering/saving new file [login to view URL]: 02.01.2023 13:36:19 - finshed FTP transmission [login to view URL]: 02.01.2023 13:42:11 - new photo found [login to view URL]: 02.01.2023 13:35:06.... we need a tasklist with time stamps and several threads or several little programs, to process several tasks at the same time. From the experience a new photo meigt be saved all 10 sec; each hotvideo meight have a lenght of 5 sec, each pre- and post video meight have also 5 sec; so in total the result video meight have about 15 sec. Hot-, pre- and postvideo will have same format; this can be AVI or mp4 (h264). So its also important to watch the pcs processing and memory levels to prevent from overloading/hanging. I expect the sources, too, if finshed. Just estimate the total budget for this, I can setup 3 milestone: beta, working/tested and finished/sources uploaded. The beta should contain already basic functions like: 1 basic ini file (txt, not crypted), finding new photos and videos, saving video with new name 2 crypting, experience date chacking, video rendering, ftp-uploading 3 all ready, tested, souces After beta version i can setup a pc with remote access by anydesk, to check/test together, with connetec camera. Installation of development/debugging possible, too. Feel free to discuss the best way of realization, but i am not always online, the answer can take some hours or one day. Suggestion about needed dev/runtime are welcome, too. The project can start now and should be finshed at the end of february. Tom
