Need Expert Guy for Windows Hyper V 2012 Console Mode

My Hyper V 2012 have many bugs, I need some expert in Hyper V 2012 console mode to fix all of them. I was working here and without notice the server restart, and restart all VMs. That make me crazy! Things like, I have 9 servers Linux, that have 12 CPU each, after I install it and start it consume 1~10% of CPU each, without any application running on it. The VM Windows 2008 that I have consume 0% when no application running, things like that need be fixed, to avoid system overload. Other bug is the event manager of the server Hyper V show a errors and warning, we need fix all of them things like: "Networking driver in Server32 loaded but has a different version from the server. I have 36 VM running under this server, I am is question if the server is overload or not because the people use application start get slow, I want to check CPU, Memory, Hard Disk, or any other thing that is overload so I can fix the problem.
