I run a small web hosting company and am thoroughly familiar with Wordpress cleanups. Since I run my own server, I also have experience dealing with e-mail deliverability issues. You're not going to get any bids for this job at $20. Please note that Milestone 4 only includes initial contact and delisting petition.
