iPhone communication with Windows machine

Hi Guys 1. Need to develop application in iOS (target 3Gs OS Support) 2. iOS Application comunicate with Windows Application 3. Windows Application is send records of employee (name, employee number) 4. iOS Application shows the records coming from Windows application 5. iOS application shows a button with every record Button -->> (I saw this record) 6. User push button - information is update on Windows application, that user of iPhone notified with record This is very simple 2 applications 1. Windows application has a data table with 3 fields (name_employee,emplyee_number,notified) send the records from windows machine to iOS over wifi 2. iOS Application shows the records, user press the button and notify to data base back to Windows machine over wifi. This is pre-implementation phase of major project. I want to see this functional on my machine, I will check the code also I will not pay until unless I will get everything and compile.. run and test. so but if you are willing to give me everything before I make payment.
