Auto applicatoin recognize car's company/logo

I need an application that will use a camera (Please define which kind of camera needed) to automatically recognize cars manufacturer's logos. The camera will be placed on a garage, the cars will be passed in small speed - and the camera should discover them. If you think we need more than one camera please let me know. I also need to receive the color of the car. So the result will be - Blue Toyota Red Mazda and so on. This output will be directed to other application. The output will be placed on text file or other way we will agree to communicate between these applicatoin.
