I've been working for customer service for over three years now in the BPO Industry and have been handling a lot of US clients since then. I also managed chat and email support on Facebook Business from my previous company. I do believe this job suits me the best since I am really flexible when it comes to time and can work until late hours.
I have strong attention to detail, and I am used to deadlines and work pressure. I am also a problemsolver, resourceful and can able to work under pressure with little to no supervision, and goes above and beyond in handling customer issues.
