website design and development

i need a really good web design. i have spoken to some freelancers earlier but the designs where not upto scratch. its for a recruitment site.i also need the development of the site, (the backend admin section that manages all the jobs so the client can add delete edit jobs etc) the designs i want should be like: [login to view URL] so no cheap tacky [login to view URL] you cant design please dnt waste my time. i dnt mean to be rude but ive wasted a whole week with people that cnt design. so no more. i just want something clean and proffesional. lookin forward to ur bids
