Web-based quoting tool for a manufacture

I am wanting to develop a web based quoting tool for my companies website. I also want it to be highly graphical with 360 views of the individual led panels. (we will provide all photos, graphics and data for this project) I want this to be very easy to use, highly intuitive and graphically stunning. Successful completion of this project will lead to other opportunities to work for us. This is the framework of the project. The best pitch will win the opportunity on this project. You need to impress me with your ideas and how you can really make this come to life. Preset panels where a user can select one of our products giving them a general spec of that individual product and then it multiplies and gives calculations based on a horizontal and vertical specification. i.e. panel "A" is 500mm x 1000mm so 7 panel vertical = 7000 mm x 3500mm (also must give measurements in feet as well.) this simple equation will also be needed for resolution of the product. This will also have a graphical representation of the design as well. 2. Custom led panel designer. This tool will allow the customer to design their own LED panel. It will start with some simple variables. i.e. outdoor / indoor, pixel pitch (multiple options depending on application) Size of panel, color, component selection and ect. The ability for the user to upload their own logo that will be printed on the panel. Again, highly graphically anticipated. I will only look at request that include "Texas" in the subject line.
