Update Joomla and Template and Virtuemart

My site is currently using Joomla 2.5.11 with a Zootemplate that is made for 2.5. I am also using Virtuemart 2.6.6. I need an experienced developer who can update the following: 1) Update Joomla from 2.5.11 to 3.4 (or latest version) 2) Update my template to the new version that is compatible with Joomla 3.4. 3) Update Virtuemart from 2.6.6 to the latest version of Virtuemart 3. I know that preserving everything so that it looks and functions identically to the current version can be difficult, but I need someone who can do the best job possible so that everything works and looks like it does with my current version. The site is not using many (if any at all) modules or plugins, so the main issue will be preserving the changes made to the CSS of my current template so that they are not overridden and undone when updating the template. I will provide the updated template files that will be required. I have already made a backup of all the files on my site, but I would appreciate you making a backup as well to restore if necessary.

I am a Joomla Developer since 4 years and I am working full time for an Australian based IT company. I have upgraded many joomla sites from my experience I have suggestion for you. If you upgrade your site to joomla 3.4 we will definitely have to redesign the template according to new joomla version 3.4 and some of plugins, modules will not suppler for 3.4 version so suggestion is to you is we can create your site from beginning this will be more secure and really less bugs. If you still want to upgrade your site I also ready to do that too.. Please contact me..
