Senior Dev for website I 'd like to build

This Website will be pretty basic, simple, and a straight forward but with some unique features I assume will need custom programming? It will be for an online fundraiser selling popcorn so it will have an online store feature, maybe 15 items. Customers will sign up on the website (let's say a soccer club with 10 soccer teams that want to raise funds for new uniforms) Once the leader/administrator signs up the site creates a custom 1-page online store URL link tied to there organization that will be emailed to them preferable automatically or I could create it and email it to them? They can then forward this email to the soccer coaches/players via email, text, Facebook, etc. for all fundraising participants to forward and market via email, Facebook, text, etc. to friends and family to support raising funds by purchasing popcorn. That's it in a nutshell and all I'm initially looking for a price on, however, I'd like to talk about greater enhancements I'd like to do so you see the end product I'd like if the business grows unless it's easy and cost-effective to do it all now, maybe provide two prices, one for a basic set-up, and one with the following features. The additional features I have are where the customer admin can set up groups and or even individuals to track team and individual sales on an admin dashboard in real-time.
