Research/ Form Business Plan of How to Set up an Online Casino

I need someone to creatively research specifics and formulate a step-by-step plan of how to set up an online casino. But, I have requirements. The business plan must meet these guidelines: -No upfront costs to set up (No upfront $/investment needed to start - "pay only from revenue")[this would include having a "free"-running website or app, gaming programs that only charge from the revenue instead of upfront costs, etc) -Does not require Gambling License or abide by any gambling or currency laws (which requires researching how to use or create a "currency" like bitcoin for transactions instead of real currency) - must be easy for players to use, deposit and withdraw) -"easy" to market (research whether or not marketing to foreign countries would be a better interest than to try marketing a casino in English/America, where there will be a lot of competition) -what else is important for me to consider? (ex:risks and advantages) -what does the revenue/profit look like for me? It would be a definite plus if you already know how to set something like this up, or know how to design/create/build apps and websites! Please let me know this in your post. Thanks for looking..
