I need to have a drop-down box when it comes to checkout which should read from the database a list of clubs. It should also read the club details so when it comes to completing checkout/payment an email is sent to the club email address and the admin of the site. The images attached show current checkout and then what we want it to look like. The links (continue/checkout etc) should only show once a selection has been made from the drop-down box, once a selection is made then it should be stored in the DB for that user, to save having to complete it all the time. Each club should have at least the following in the DB - club_email_address & club_name This is for a charity so price is very important, we can supply the files as it is live at the moment and we want to know what files are altered and comments in the code for what you have done.
