I would like a site where I enter the MAC address (bssid) data of the wifi router and then see the position of the router on an online map, here a link [login to view URL] same think for phone geolocating using MNC MCC LAC CID telephone cells here is an example [login to view URL] I would like to do my website using google API key using google maps and also with other services (not google) API key and free openstreet map. they also have databases that can be downloaded, can those be used? Or necessary API key ? [login to view URL]

I have worked with Geo-spatial application in the past and my experience working with Google Map API, Leaflet, Mapbox, etc... makes me preferred to deliver this in due time. More-so my knowledge in JavaScript will come in very vital as all of the interaction with the Google Map will be done using JavaScript. Questions though - Is there a Web service/ Restful API than can be consume to get the location of the resources you want to display on the map?
