employee training courses evaluation

Employee Training courses Evaluation :- The project is to evaluate the employees in the belonging section. Each organization is divided into divisions. Each division is divided into departments. Each department is divided into sections. Each section Head will be able to evaluate the employee training courses . So he/she will select the training_course for this year by name or by code. Then he will add the score and the system will evaluate the grade (“ excellent” , “very Good”.. etc. ) . The scores and the grade should be stored in a table where the Admin Can change the scores for each grade. The Department head should verify the scores done by the section head and also he is able to add a pdf documents to the this training course. The Admin Can see every thing. And he is able to add divisions, departments , sections, taining courses that belong to each section. The system will be able to have reports according to employee to see all the training courses taken and the score and grade taken. Also , will be able to select the training course and print all employees took the training course . Also, the system will be able to find a statistics for each training course where it shows how many got grades.
