Adsense wordpress site earning +50$/day

Hi! I'm looking for a professional website designer, specialized in producing profitable Adsense websites. Here are the most IMPORTANT requirements: - The website should be able to earn a consistent income of 50$ or more a day from Adsense - It must obey Adsense "TOS" (no adults, drugs, violence, gambling...) - The website should offer valuable information with SEO optimized unique content (no Autoblogs) - The website should be Wordpress based with unique design (header & images) - Copyright for content, design and images should belong to me after the transaction - Domain and all website files will belong to me as well - Backlinks to the websites are WHITE HAT and within reason (no spamming) - Traffic should be organic (no force clicks, no paid advertisement) Please provide me with the researched keywords and a blueprint for this project.
