Clone

I am looking for someone or a company to make a clone of www.translinesupply.com. I am also looking for a shopping cart in the website and I will most likely use Paypal as payment. I need for who ever wins to put all pictures and prices on there for me. I need this done within two of ending. If you can't show great examples then I don't want your bid. I want total control through a admin panel that I can update prices and pictures if needed. I also need someone to design a logo for the website also. I am trying to keep this around $500. I would like for who ever builds the site to also have me on first page of yahoo and msn with atleast 10 good keyword searches.
