Need a replicated websystem

I need a replicated marketing system. I will have [login to view URL] as the sign up page then [login to view URL] will be each persons website. It would be great if it had a opt in for and auto responder for each person with a contact manager. I know these systems are already pre-built out there. So really all that would have to be done is the front page. For example something like [login to view URL] but more simplified. Just a good looking website like [login to view URL] with a video, graphics, and opt in form. The back end pack will explain the opportunity or invite the person to a per-recorded and scheduled webinar we can make look like it's live. I need to know you steps or suggestions to finish the project. Also describe the project in short words.
