Our company is looking to develop a website through which SELLERS can post an item for buying or bidding and BUYERS can buy or bid on the item. The website needs to look professional and functional. Also, we want to connect the ecommerce with multiple payment systems, feedback system, accounting system etc. The business model is completely service based and there are no physical products being sold. In other words want a website like eBay, in terms of functionality. Please suggest if you can make a website as described above. Also please comment on if it needs to be built from scratch or if there is an existing platform you can work on, like Magento. We are willing to hire you as IT personnel or as a freelancer for one time system development. Thank you.
